15TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

15th Annual General Meeting of North-West Power Generation Company Limited (NWPGCL) held on 12 December, 2022 at 6.00 p.m. at Bijoy Hall (Level-14), Bidyut Bhaban, Dhaka. The days was observed with enthusiasm and enjoyment. High officials from Power Sector other relevant organization attended the meeting and praised NWPGCL authorities for such a hospitality.

12TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

12th Annual General Meeting of North-West Power Generation Company Limited was held on December 24, 2019 at The Westin Dhaka, Gulshan, Dhaka. Hon’ble State Minister for the ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources and many high officials were present at the program.

11TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

On February 10, 2019, the 11th Annual General Meeting of the Company was held at Bijoy Hall of Bidyut Bhaban under the chairmanship of The Chairman of North-West Power Generation Company Limited and Secretary of the Power Division. On behalf of the company, a dividend cheque of Tk 24 crore was handed over to the Chairman of Bangladesh Power Development Board (BPDB). The meeting was attended by the honorable chairman and members of BUBO as shareholders and the honorable board of directors of the Company.

10TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

10th Annual General Meeting of North-West Power Generation Company Ltd. was successfully held on 14.01.2018 at the Bijoy Hall, Bidyut Bhaban, Abdul Gani Road, Dhaka. In the program, Hon'ble Chairman of BPDB received Dividend Check of BDT 160 Million upon the Paid up Capital from the Company.

9TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

9th Annual General Meeting of North-West Power Generation Company Ltd. was held on 14th December, 2016 at the Bijoy Hall, Bidyut Bhaban. On that day, Hon’ble Secretary, Power Division; Hon’ble Chairman, Bangladesh Power Development Board and other high officials from different offices were present. On that occasion, a Dividend Cheque of 9 (Nine) Crore taka for the financial year 2015-16 was handed over to the BPDB’s Hon’ble Chairman. Hon’ble State Minister for Power, Energy and Mineral Resources joined the Lunch Party just after the said occasion.
